Foreplay is an important step for good sex between partners – especially in the woman’s eyes. Foreplay is a way to open up the communication between you and your partner, before the real sexual stuff comes in.
For a woman, foreplay helps get them emotionally ready to do the deed. Most women need more emotional attachment in order to have sex, and therefore need to build up to the act instead of just taking off all her clothes and jumping into bed (not that she can’t enjoy that sometimes too).
To make sure you emotionally prepare your woman for sex, follow these four very easy rules for foreplay.
1. Soft dirty talk
Throughout the day, make comments to her about what you loved the last time you had sex with her. Remind her about how great she made you feel, or let her know what you’ve been dreaming of doing to her next time you both get naked. It will get her thinking about sex long before the time to have it – which will help kick her libido into drive.
2. Make her feel loved
Sometimes women get the feeling that men just want one thing – sex. And while the female wants sex too, she likes to know that she’s not just a piece of meat. Pull her in close to you from behind, and wrap your arms around her while you kiss her neck. Tell her how much you love the smell of her, and the way she feels. Knowing that you are able to hold her and touch her without necessarily try to stick it in her – will win you major points!
3. Get her naked – slowly
Don’t make her bother removing her clothes – you should do it for her. Slowly and sensually, strip her of her clothing. If you want, come up to her from behind and kiss her gently on the neck as you begin to put your hands under her shirt on her stomach. Turn her around, and kiss her on the mouth while starting to remove her top. Take a few seconds to really take a look at her, and let her know you appreciate what you see. Moving slowly and letting her know you love everything about her body will make her more comfortable will taking off her clothes.
4. Oral sex
Once she’s naked, don’t just dive down below and start performing oral sex. Begin by kissing all over her body while you caress her skin, and fondle her breasts gently. Give her a back massage if you really want to win points, and then move your way down her body, until you’re kissing her inner thighs. From there, you can begin giving her oral sex, which is a sure fire way to ensure she’s in the mood for anything else you’ve got planned.
