Other side effects of the anti-depressants can include decreased libido, dry mouth, nausea and drowsiness. Talking with a doctor about how you feel before, during and after sex will help you sort out the source of your anxiety, and hopefully put a stop to it. Most of the time, cognitive behavior therapy is used in conjunction with pharmaceutical drugs for best results.

The best way to deal with premature ejaculation is to begin with the simpler methods to delay ejaculation, such as masturbation techniques and muscle exercises. If these don’t work for you, then you should start thinking about medication and therapy. Medication isn’t always needed and often has more negative side effects than benefits, so be sure to discuss the medication thoroughly with your doctor before deciding if it’s right for you.
